I found The Barre Teja at a time in my life, and postpartum journey, where I felt completely stuck. Body image issues were beginning to creep in, and I was so incredibly unhappy and disappointed with my consistency with movement and lack of energy. I knew I had to make a change.
The moment you get on a call with Teja, you can feel her incredible energy. Our consult chat was so therapeutic for so many reasons, but I just knew 1 to 1 sessions with her were exactly what I needed.
